The company is fully equipped with over 260 production equipments and 30 examination devices. To perfect the quality of our products, we imported a vortex durometer from Germany to carry out 100% hardness test of our products. While we apply a large scale vortex flaw detector to detect the crack flaw in stud bolts, we use an imported direct-read spectrograph to verify chemical composition of raw materials.
We have received ISO9001: 2000 and been granted CE Certificate by the Lloyd's Register for our products EN 14399 3-6 and EN 15048-1.
