The cone point of our set screws, with a standard 90-degree angle (120 degrees for the shortest length screws of each nominal diameter), is engineered to penetrate into flat or pre-drilled surfaces, creating a permanent indentation that ensures maximum torque transmission and prevents slippage even under high-load and high-vibration conditions. This design concept is also applied to our weld stud screws, where every detail is precision-machined to ensure a tight and secure connection after welding.
