Product Design & Manufacturing Process Our 304 Stainless Steel Internal Serrated Lock Washers adopt a scientific and practical structural design, with a circular shape and dense serrated teeth distributed along the inner circumference. The teeth are radially inward-facing, sharp and evenly spaced, designed to bite firmly into the surface of fasteners (bolts, nuts) and connected components, forming a strong mechanical lock to resist rotational loosening. The manufacturing process strictly follows the ISO 9001 quality management system, with rigorous inspection in every link to ensure product excellence. First, we select high-purity 304 stainless steel as the raw material, which contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, rust resistance and mechanical properties that can adapt to harsh environments such as humidity, chemicals and outdoor exposure. Then, through advanced precision stamping equipment, the raw materials are processed into standard-sized lock washers, with a dimensional tolerance of ±0.02mm, ensuring that the inner diameter, outer diameter, thickness and tooth size fully comply with international standard requirements. After stamping, the washers undergo professional passivation treatment, which forms a dense protective film on the surface, further enhancing corrosion resistance without damaging the sharpness of the internal serrations. The entire production process is monitored in real time by professional technicians to avoid defects such as tooth deformation, uneven thickness and surface scratches.
