We are proficiently engaged in manufacturing various kinds of high strength bolts, nuts and thread rods with a yearly capacity of 30, 000 tons and an annual turnover of 300 million Yuan. Our products include standards of ANSI/ASTM, DIN, BS, ISO, GB, JS, etc, which are mainly applied to the fields of high strength tight firmware and petroleum pipes' valve. Ningbo yi pian hong fastener Co., Ltd covers an area of 20, 000 sq. M, with building area of 10, 000 sq. M. We boast more than 200 staff and workers, including 35 manageri staff and 2 senior engineers with the National Grade III Certificate of Physical Test and Chemical Analysis, who are responsible for monitoring the quality of the products we produced and improving the process of heat treatment. The company is fully equipped with over 260 production equipments and 30 examination devices. To perfect the quality of our products, we imported a vortex durometer from Germany to carry out 100% hardness test of our products. While we apply a large scale vortex flaw detector to detect the crack flaw in stud bolts, we use an imported direct-read spectrograph to verify chemical composition of raw materials.
We have received ISO9001: 2000 and been granted CE Certificate by the Lloyd's Register for our products EN 14399 3-6 and EN 15048-1.
